Two Birds Fit is looking forward to partnering w/ F45 Training Centennial East to bring our fitness and matchmaking expertise together! We're so excited to help connect people and build a stronger and more active community.
THE WORKOUT:
30 Singles: 15 Ladies / 15 Guys (we do our best to keep the ratio equal)
The Workout: 45 minute partner based strength workout
Each “couple” spends approximately 5 minutes w/ each other during the workout.
Post workout Meet & Greet w/ snacks & drinks to mingle and get to know each other better.
