About the event
Two Birds Fit is looking forward to partnering w/ Black Lab Sports Boulder to bring our fitness and matchmaking expertise together! We're so excited to help connect people and build a stronger and more active community.
THE WORKOUT:
26 Singles: 13 Ladies / 13 Guys (we do our best to keep the ratio equal)
Black Lab Sports Boulder will lead the workout w/ a combo of Cardio & Strength exercises.
Megan H (@kilos.and.peaches) will facilitate the workout consisting of partner-based exercises in a timed format featuring our speciality - Speed Dating Workouts! This will also include Ice Breakers & optional Matchmaking.
Each “couple” spends approximately 5 minutes w/ each other doing a partner based exercise.
